           Adopts new  UCC  article  9,  secured transactions.
           Repeals old article 9.

           Updates Chapter 415, to  make it more desirable for
           existing Hawaii corporations to remain in the State
           and for new businesses to incorporate in the State.

SCR 164       REQUESTING THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER TO        CPN, WAM
SR 82         INVESTIGATE AND DETERMINE THE FAIRNESS OF THE 
           ELIGIBLE CHARGE REIMBURSEMENT RATES OF HAWAII'S 
           MUTUAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES AND HEALTH
